Only confirmed appointments are allowed. Our confirmation email or letter must be presented to the appointed supervisor on the location. There is no walk-in administration service. Prior to the appointment submit the following scanned documents to academy-for-gifted@topclasstutors.org and take the required steps:
School reports for the last 2 years. Homeschooled students are exempted.
IQ, cognitive & psychological or any therapeutic reports, if available.
Full address of parents, company emails and contact phone numbers.

The parents will be notified in
written form within 48 hours regarding the test results and which further steps need to be taken. If you do
not receive the email, please contac us by email.
** Rules: The parents
drop the prospective student off for the test at the
appointed location and will pick him/her up after the
test on the time mentioned in the confirmation email.
The parents are not permitted to be present at the school
during the test.
All Other appointments:
- Submit the visitor fee, €50 per time slot, to the International foundation bank account stated above.
- Send the copy of transfer by email and reason/goals of your visit in order to select the specialist or representative of the appropriate department
- The available dates will be posted by email to select.
- Confirm the date/time by email within 24 hours.
- Print and present the confirmation to the appointed person at our location.
